James joined the Colorado Republican Committee and Republican National Committee (RNC) as the Victory Director last March after working on New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s presidential campaign in Iowa and Florida.

Directly following the 2008 elections, James was dispatched to Senator Saxby Chamblis’ successful runoff campaign by the RNC to serve as a Regional Campaign Manager. James has also had two stints on congressional campaigns in Texas, Shelley Sekula Gibbs and Congressman Tom DeLay.

James is a graduate of the University of Houston.

Michelle joined the Colorado Republican Committee after serving as an Account Manager at DCI Group, a public affairs firm, in Washington, D.C. 

Prior to working at DCI Group, Michelle worked in the Communications Department for the Mitt Romney Presidential Campaign in Boston, Massachusetts.  Before joining the Romney campaign, she served as the Deputy Director of Gubernatorial Appointments for Governor Romney in the Massachusetts State House.

A Colorado native, Michelle spent her years in Longmont, Aurora and Centennial.  Michelle is a graduate of Boston University.

Matt joined the Colorado Republican Committee last August after serving State Representative Cory Gardner as a legislative aide in the Colorado State Capitol.

Prior to his time at the Capitol, Matt attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a bachelor of fine arts. Matt is also a professional political cartoonist and his work is featured in Colorado newspapers and political websites.

Ryan has been legal counsel to the Colorado Republican Party for the past four years.

Prior to joining the Party full-time during the 2008 election cycle, he was a senior associate at a boutique Denver law firm where he represented political party committees, candidate committees, political organizations, and other nonprofits, including numerous trade associations and advocacy groups, along with a significant corporate and real estate transactions practice.

Ryan is also active in the community, serving as Chairman for the Denver County Republican Party, the Colorado Lawyers Committee Election Law Taskforce, the Secretary of State’s Advisory Panel on Election Law and as a member of the High Council of the Denver Colorado Stake of the LDS Church.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his law degree from the University of Denver and is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
