FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
November 19, 2021
Greenwood Village, Colorado – Colorado GOP Chairwoman Kristi Burton Brown released the following statement this morning regarding House Democrats passing President Biden’s failed Build Back Bankrupt agenda:

“This morning, Rep. Perlmutter, Rep. Crow, and the rest of Colorado’s extreme Democrat Congressional delegation voted to move forward Joe Biden’s costly Build Back Bankrupt agenda. This vote came hours after the CBO released a score that showed it wouldn’t cost $0 like Democrats had been claiming for months, but that it would actually add hundreds of billions of dollars to the deficit.

“Make no mistake — the only winners with this party line bill are the millionaires & billionaires in New York, New Jersey, and California who Colorado’s Democrat Congressional Delegation just voted to give HUGE tax breaks to. Their vote shows they don’t care about the 88% of Americans who are worried about inflation. The Colorado GOP will hold Colorado Democrats accountable for their votes on this wasteful spending bill.”
