"Conclusions
1. The only plausible interpretation of the facts is that the meeting for the July 19 and continuation on August 31 meeting is the only legitimate meeting of the CRC.

2. The meetings scheduled by Watkins et al for both July 27 and August 24 are illegitimate and any action taken there was or will be null and void because they do not constitute properly called meetings of the CRC.

"A petition was filed to call a meeting under Article XVII Section D.3 of the Colorado Republican Party Bylaws. This meeting was held on July 19, 2024 and recessed to meet at August 31, 2024 by use of the motion to fix the time to which to adjourn. These facts make invalid any other meetings called by members under Article XVII Section D.3.

The August 24, 2024 meeting called by Mr. Todd Watkins et al. is not valid, and the valid meeting is on August 31, 2024."
